Why Stafio exists
I run two consulting firms. For years my Fridays went to chasing status by email, my month-ends went to rebuilding margin in a spreadsheet, and every SOW lived in a folder of versions nobody trusted.
Big firms solve this with a PMO and an expensive PSA. Small firms make do. Stafio is the tool I wanted: small enough to set up in an afternoon, strict enough that nothing reaches a client without approval, and clear enough that I know which clients make us money.
