Stafio started inside two consulting firms whose owner was tired of chasing status, approvals and invoices by email. It runs in those firms first and opens to outside firms through a paid pilot.
What we believe
On a fixed-bid project the estimate is the margin, yet in most firms nobody can say where each estimate number came from. Status lives in email, hours in a timesheet tool, SOWs in documents and margin in a spreadsheet that arrives a month late.
We think a small firm deserves the same discipline a large one buys with a PMO: one record, a visible approval gate, and numbers anyone authorized can trace. Without the weight.
