Platform

Everything a consulting firm runs on, connected.

Seven modules on one tenant-isolated data model. Each one is useful alone; together they answer the owner's question every week: are we delivering, and are we making money?

Weekly status

Status people actually submit.

Each consultant gets one form per week with a block per assigned project: done, next, blockers, a blocker flag and a low, medium or high risk rating. It works on a 360px phone screen and saves drafts.

  • Due day and time set per firm; Friday 12:00 in each person's time zone by default
  • Submissions after the deadline are marked Submitted (Late)
  • Roll-up by project and by person, following the reporting line
  • A consultant never sees anyone else's status

Hours and timesheets

Hours that roll up to the contract.

Hours are logged against a task and milestone and roll up to the SOW, the project and the account. Delivery leads approve each person's week; approval snapshots the bill and cost rates so later rate changes never rewrite history.

  • Up to 24 hours per entry and per day, in quarter hours
  • Contractors log only against projects they are assigned to
  • Approved hours feed the margin report and estimate-versus-actual

SOWs and estimates

Estimates you can defend line by line.

Account managers create SOWs from firm-approved templates, as fixed bid or T&M. The estimate is milestone hours by role; the SOW total is their sum. Every version keeps its basis, assumptions, reviewer comments and author.

  • Version history with a diff between versions
  • Optional review step and a separate-approver rule per firm
  • Planned margin shown to people allowed to see rates
  • Signing locks the baseline; locked lines cannot change, even in the database

Change orders

Scope creep stays priced

A change order copies the current baseline, records the reason, and goes through the same approval, send and sign flow. When signed it becomes the new baseline; the old one stays visible as superseded.

Reminders

The system does the chasing

Email reminders for late status, pending approvals, unsigned SOWs and timesheets. SOW items escalate to the manager after 3 business days and the owner after 5. Quiet hours, daily digest and per-type mute.
