Reminders and notifications
Stafio sends email so nobody has to chase. Every reminder stops as soon as the action is done, and every send is logged.
What triggers a reminder

Business days are Monday to Friday. Your firm can tune these numbers.
Control your email
- Quiet hours: nothing is sent between 6 pm and 8 am in your time zone or at weekends; it waits for the next allowed time.
- Immediate or digest: in Notifications, choose an email per reminder or one daily digest.
- Mute: mute reminder types you do not need. Escalations sent to you as a manager or owner cannot be muted.
